Founded in 1887, Trimper Rides recently gained the official status of Historic Landmark. It is the oldest amusement park in Ocean City and so looks a lot like an old-fashioned midway with rides on blacktop paving way down near the southern end of the Boardwalk.
Trimpers Rides amusement park is a famous amusement park of Ocean City offering numerous features like 100 rides, games, and amusements that include a huge indoor section filled with kiddie rides. Besides, this wonderful amusement park also houses one of the oldest carousels in the country. It’s newly restored 1902 Herschel-Spellman antique carousel is a unique exhibit of artistry and craftsmanship, holding hand-carved wooden animals like - a lion, prancing horses, zebra, camel, an antlered deer, chicken, frog, a long-necked giraffe, tiger, billy goat, a dog and a dragon.

Operating Hours: Some outdoor rides of the park are open, weekends only, anywhere from April to the first of May - depending on the weather. All indoors and outdoor rides are open every day by June 15th or earlier.
Wristband Weekend Hours: 12pm - 7pm for indoor and outdoor rides and Wristbands sold until 5pm, honored until 7pm.
Wristband Weekday Hours- 1pm - 7pm for indoor rides and 3pm - 7pm for outdoor rides
Admission: Tickets may be purchased for $0.50 each or 40 for $18.00. The number of tickets per ride may vary. Group rates are also available.
